At Paperly Yours, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. As each item is thoughtfully created and customized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than damage during transit.

Please Note:
• We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
• Exchanges are only possible if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the damage. This video must be taken from the moment the package is opened and shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Without the unboxing video, we will be unable to process any exchange request.
